Dress appropriately for your tattoo placement - make sure I can access the area without you having to hold your clothing in place. If you are unsure what will work - ask me!
The process begins the night before. You first want a good night’s sleep. Avoid any alcoholic beverages, as they thin your blood, which affects the tattoo process.
Day of, I recommend you have a good meal before getting a tattoo. It helps to have the extra strength and sugar in your system. Feel free to bring snacks to enjoy during breaks. I also provide free candy!

You must fill out a consent form and I will copy your valid photo ID (must have birth date and photo). PHOTO ID MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT OR YOU WILL NOT BE TATTOOED - NO EXCEPTIONS
At this point I will show you the design and make any necessary tweaks to the size and details.
Once we have the stencil ready, I will wash and shave the area and then stick the stencil on the skin and let it dry 10-20 minutes.
While being tattooed, all you need to do is stay still, keep breathing, and stay as relaxed as possible. The more relaxed you are, the easier the tattoo will be for you. At any point if you need a break for any reason, let me know!

Yes, tattoos hurt! Nothing crazy though! It feels more annoying than anything - like an itch you can’t scratch. My best advice is to breathe evenly and to keep your body relaxed. The more relaxed you are, the easier the experience will be for you.
Everyone will tell you their experience of different placements, BUT every body is different. Pain levels are based on nerve endings, which vary person-to-person. Places where you have more nerve endings (palms, inner arms and legs, anywhere you find ticklish) tend to be more sensitive.
